Forgiveness is Tied to your Life Review

ree

It can be hard to forgive someone, especially when the pain they caused hurts you to your core. It almost feels like you’re letting them off the hook for what they did, but it goes so much deeper than that. Forgiveness is a state of being that can lessen the impact of the consequences of a negative act. Let me explain. When you die, you’ll go through a life review. In this review, the barriers that used to be between you and other people are no longer there, so you’ll see and understand every perspective. You won’t just watch your life play out visually, you’ll also experience the consequences of your actions and how you treated people because the roles will reverse. You’ll feel how your actions affected others, not from your own viewpoint, though, but as if you were in their place, fully experiencing their emotions in response to how you treated them. If you intentionally caused harm, you’ll feel exactly what they felt, as though you were them.

Forgiveness of yourself, from others, and toward others is a vibrational state that softens the weight of those consequences. It’s not only about freeing yourself from the pain of what someone has done to you. It also restores balance and lessens the impact of any act carried out with negative intent.
