The energy of Halite is cleansing, purifying and energizing on all of your energy fields. It helps to clear energy blocks and to bring balanced energy to your energy fields as well. The frequency of halite connects to the physical and transpersonal chakras with a more specific resonance depending on its color. Pink halite connects to the heart and solar plexus chakra, cleansing and energizing them, allowing one to have a loving awareness, especially for oneself, and helps to release emotional issues and attachments that are no longer serving you, and to become emotionally confident.

A mineral of purification, Halite can cleanse the aura, deflect negativity and balance the emotions (especially helpful for those who suffer from mood swings). Because of its purification properties, Halite is often used to cleanse the atmosphere of indoor pollutants and harmful electromagnetic emissions. They are said to be very beneficial to those who suffer from asthma, allergies from pets, hay fever and mold. Halite cleanses the kidneys, treats headaches, constipation, muscular system and intestinal tract issues. Their soft glow also helps one feel better emotionally as well, especially for those who may have Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD).
